The Lord's Children Publish "Rupture of Rapture" to Expose End-Times Apostasy

The Blessed Hope for Humanity is Christ and Resurrection, Not Rapture.

Paris, TX, June 27, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Lord's Children announce the publication of their latest book, "Rupture of Rapture" in their continuing efforts to restore the apostolic teachings and traditions to the 21st Century church. The "Rupture of Rapture" is a bible study book designed to expose rapture, a concept introduced to the church by dispensational theology and to the world at large via popular books and movies. "Rapture is deceiving millions as a consequence of bad theology and the impeccable marketing of the concept through popular books and movies," according to author and bible teacher Michael Bollenbach. "Dispensational Theology eventually became a mainstream teaching of many congregations and does much harm to Christians reared under it," says Bollenbach, "by substituting rapture rather than Christ and the Resurrection as the blessed hope of those who believe."

Dispensational theology came to the United States around 1830 through the Plymouth Brethren movement and John Nelson Darby, James H. Brookes and C.I Scofield who authored the Scofield Reference Bible. According to Bollenbach, "Dispensationalism turned the Christian world sideways with its departure from the apostolic teachings on faith, grace and hope when it infused bad theology into Scripture dislodging and replacing the First Resurrection with rapture." The "Rupture of Rapture" examines the God-breathed language of Scripture to demonstrate rapture has no place in biblical Christian theology. Bollenbach concludes by saying, "Judgment is the inevitable result when Hollywood rather than Scripture become the foundation for beliefs and that consequence is unacceptable to The Lord's Children."

The book specifically examines key words like rapture, caught up, coming and resurrection; phrases like blessed hope, thief in the night and day of the Lord; and passages of Scripture like First Thessalonians, First Corinthians 15 and the book of Revelation with particular attention given to the warning messages of Jesus to the seven assemblies or churches, the Seven Seals of the Scroll, Wrath of God, Wrath of Satan, Wrath of the Lamb and others using only the bible and a concordance. This process sorts out fiction from fact, apostasy from truth and man-made theologies from God breathed revelation.

The book, as the title suggests, claims to debunk rapture and restore the historical teaching of the Blessed Hope of believers to be the Second Coming of Christ Jesus to resurrect and change the dead and the living to immortal life. "Scripture is replete with the command for believers to be ready and to prepare themselves for the Second Coming of Christ," says Bollenbach, "but rapture rather ill-prepares them for such eventuality by teaching they are whisked away to heaven prior to the one and only return of Messiah Jesus." Regardless of whether you agree or disagree with rapture theology, this is a must read for any serious student of eschatology due to its in-depth exegete of Scripture. The book is available exclusively through Amazon-Kindle.

The Lord’s Children is a non-denominational, home bible assembly anchored in the historic and apostolic Christian theology of Salvation by grace through faith in Messiah Jesus, His crucifixion and bodily resurrection from the dead after three full days and nights in the grave and His bodily ascension to the right hand of God the Father in heaven. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all regenerate believers and leads them into obedience to God and good works as the fruit of salvation. We advocate the New Covenant model of fellowship and discipleship in the homes of believers as taught in Scripture. You may visit our org via our The Lord's Children website.
