TFI Envision, Inc. Wins 2nd Place

White Plains, NY, August 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- TFI Envision, Inc. has been selected as the 2nd Place Award Winner in the 2014-2015 Journal News Give & Grow Program. TFI Envision donated their creative services to create a full color newspaper ad for the Guiding Eyes for the Blind’s Heeling Autism Program. Heeling Autism is a Guiding Eyes for the Blind Service Dog Program in which its world-renowned dogs are trained to provide safety for children with autism.

The Journal News Media Group is a resource for local news and information in New York’s Lower Hudson Valley. They believe in the concept of “paying it forward” and created the Give & Grow program. It is designed to benefit local charities and non-profit organizations by giving them what they need most – a way to get their message out.

Here’s how the Give & Grow program works: The Journal News reaches out to local agencies throughout the area to select a non-profit of their choice and to design a compelling message that will raise awareness of – and involvement with – that organization. The Journal News runs the ad on a Pro-Bono basis, then a panel of independent judges evaluates all the ads and selects 3 winners.

“We are grateful to The Journal News Media Group for providing this opportunity for non-profits to get the much needed exposure to their vast audience of readers. It’s good for the non-profit and good for the community to learn about these amazing programs, like Heeling Autism,” said Mary Ellen Butkus, Vice President, TFI Envision, Inc.
