KWC Asia Releases First Single by Singapore Champion

Sunny Jackson releases Malay single in Singapore.

Singapore, Singapore, August 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Singapore-based KWC Asia which runs the world’s biggest amateur singing competition for the Asian region, launched the first single of 2014 Karaoke World Championships (KWC) Singapore Champion and KWC Asia Ambasador Sunny Jackson in a press conference attended by international media. The press conference and presentation was held at The Boutique, Orchard Plaza, Singapore just before the KWC Asia Champions Concert on 24 May 2015 that featured Jackson together with Jhonny Salamat of Indonesia (3rd Runner-up, KWC World), Kenny Ng of Macau (4th runner-up, KWC World), Annie Cheong (KWC Macau Female Champion) and Zareen Angullia (KWC Singapore Female Champion).

KWC is the most prestigious Karaoke Singing event and largest amateur singing competition in the world with over 40 countries participating in 2015. It promotes camaraderie and goodwill among participating countries and provides a platform for aspiring singers to be on the world stage and fulfill their dream of becoming recording superstars. Sunny’s single is proof to this mission as he has performed in KWC Roadshow concerts in key cities in the region prior to his single release.

Sunny is sketched in history as the first Singaporean to place in the biggest amateur international singing competition. His music genre is pop rock, which complements his husky and energetic stage performances.
