)-- Two weeks after acquiring DIRECTV, AT&T, which became the largest pay TV provider in the United States, released its first package. Available starting August 10th, the bundle combines mobile and television services making it the “first-ever nationwide package of TV and wireless services.”
The $200 plan includes four wireless accounts with 10GB of shareable data and television service with high definition video and digital video recording service. The promotional price presents an annual savings of up to $600 for the first 12 months. Subscribers will be able to view content across mobile, video, and broadband platforms.
AT&T will be selling DIRECTV at 2,000 AT&T retail stores and authorized retailers nationwide. The Wireless Experience, a premier authorized AT&T retailer will offer the DIRECTV bundle in addition to AT&T wireless and home services in their over 60 locations throughout the US.
