Cleure Toothpaste is Free of Chinese Influence
The mark of “Made in China” is seen on many products sold in the United States. Cleure, formulators of safer personal care and cosmetic products, have always and continue to be made in the U.S.A. Flora Stay, D.D.S, a dentist and founder of Cleure, says consumers should not only be concerned about products made in China but should become more educated on products made here in the U.S.
On the other side of the coin, are products made in the U.S. that have ingredients in them that haven’t been assessed for safety. Dr. Stay says, “Unfortunately, the F.D.A. only regulates drugs or cosmetic devices, with personal care and cosmetic products having been left alone to police themselves. Manufacturers may or may not list ingredients on labels because they don’t have to. It’s an honor system, and not everyone is honorable.”
Cleure was founded by dentist Flora Stay to originally develop and sell safe toothpaste without the warning that would be safe even if swallowed. The products are sold through a home based business “party plan” model. Due to demand for more products, the company now provides a complete line of personal care and cosmetic products from ‘head to toe’.
Recently consumers have been warned about many products that are made in China, containing harmful ingredients. Toys, pet food, cosmetics and toothpaste have been mentioned. A few new companies have now been forming to boast manufacturing only in the U.S. Cleure is one of these companies, but they have been offering products made in the U.S. since 1990. They not only offer products made only in the U.S., but also with safer ingredients.
Founder of Cleure, Flora Stay, D.D.S. is the author of three books with the lasts soon to be released titled: Secret Gateway to Health. She is also a faculty member of U.S.C., School of Dentistry, besides the formulator of the Cleure line of products.
