Readymag Adds Teamwork to Utterly Facilitate Designers' Collaboration

Readymag, a no-coding web publishing tool for creatives, launches Teamwork to enable collaboration between remote creative professionals and within design teams.

New York, NY, September 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Readymag, an online tool for making and publishing elegant multimedia longreads, interactive presentations and microwebsites without coding, is launching a Teamwork feature set to enable collaboration between remote creative professionals and within design teams.

Half of Readymag users now are advertising agencies and design studios that all work on multiple projects here, both for clients and their own internal use. Their workflow is usually based on constant collaboration. Moreover, a recent survey proved a better teamwork experience was what over 45% of all Readymag users lacked.

Anton Herasymenko, Co-founder and CEO of Readymag:

"Rather than finding their own way to adapt the current Readymag toolset for this process – say, by taking turns working on projects or passing the shared account credentials to each other – with a new Teamwork feature teams can work together in a much more convenient way. Now they are able to invite their colleagues to join one account or collaborate on a particular project, create and edit different pages simultaneously, and see all changes at once.

Readymag-powered collaboration will also enhance agencies' communications with clients by facilitating all intermediate and final approval processes. Moreover, Teamwork could appeal not only to companies, but also to individual designers and publishers on Readymag. I sincerely hope this will encourage our community to team up and work together on more beautiful web projects and stories.”

All Super Publisher account owners (subscription starts at $12 per month) can initiate a teamwork by pushing a yellow 'invite' button in their profiles. Should someone proceed to work on a certain page, it gets blocked for the others until the edit is done. Having a single collaborator is free; team leaders are charged the full amount of their personal plans for each additional one. Projects can be shared with an unlimited number of users.

Readymag is going to introduce even more features for collaborative work in the nearest future, including customizable access permissions for team members, built-in chat, and a 'timeline' option for easy reversion to previous drafts of any page.
