Nashville, TN, September 17, 2015 --( Perle Systems, a manufacturer of serial to Ethernet and secure device networking solutions announces Windows 10 certification for their TruePort software. Perle is the first Serial Terminal Server manufacturer to receive digitally signed 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 10 certification for a COM port re-director utility.

Microsoft’s Windows 10 Certification of products is granted after passing a series of tests. The certification program helps consumers and businesses identify products that work well with Windows 10.

”With the early adoption to the new Windows standard, we have demonstrated once again, that our users can be confident that our full line of products will continue to operate on Microsoft’s latest operating systems,” comments John Feeney, Chief Operating Officer at Perle Systems. “Long term investment protection and support for our customer base is imperative.”

The TruePort utility from Perle provides true remote serial ports over an Ethernet LAN. It makes remote ports appear as if they are directly connected COM or TTY ports to an application.
