)-- As the [ 2 one 5 ] Creative staff continues to grow, Ryan Rakoske is welcomed to the team as Business Development Manager. Rakoske will be responsible for driving the agency's marketing channels, gaining visibility, and growing the business.
Prior to working at [ 2 one 5 ] Creative, Rakoske worked at Ultimark Products as a Special Projects Manager and most recently at Philadelphia’s 160over90. Rakoske began at 160over90 in January 2013 as the Operations Manager and later made the transition to the New Business Development and Events Manager. During his time at 160over90, Rakoske was responsible for identifying strong leads to initiate new business relationships and corresponding strategy while overseeing all logistics for agency conferences and events, among other things. Rakoske provided communication and strategic approaches to help 160over90 secure relationships within higher ed, sports and the consumer brand spaces.
From researching prospective targets to developing strategies that initiate long term business relationships, Rakoske’s knowledge of business development as well as agency operations will provide him with ample experience for his new role at [ 2 one 5 ] Creative. Working in conjunction with the marketing team, Rakoske’s main goals will be to grow business exposure in local, regional, national, and international markets through strong, personalized, and engaging communication. Some of his core responsibilities will include writing and fulfilling a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, building communications and marketing strategies to attract prospective clients, maintaining and engaging all new business leads, extending client relations, and representing the agency within the advertising sphere, including networking events.
