Seattle Rock Band Mom's Wreak Havoc on a Sleepy Town, Video Release by Arena Music Promotion

Seattle based Synth Rock band The Crying Spell's new video "Elemental" features the band member's moms in a comedic and infectious way.

Seattle, WA, October 23, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Crying Spell has announced the release of the video for the single Elemental, from the album, Spectrums of Light. The album is being released by Arena Music Promotion (AMP) who signed the band for worldwide representation in early 2015.

The video (https://youtu.be/5LTByreKenw), stars the foursome’s own mothers, whom they recruited to portray a gang of rock & roll grannies wreaking havoc on a sleepy town.

Len Hotrum, vocalist for The Crying Spell, says, “Elemental is a song about the chaos and confusion that is plaguing humanity in the 21st century. We see things going downhill and we always have a choice to make a change that turns our negative actions into positive ones.”

Having abandoned any preconceived notions of a fixed genre, The Crying Spell was able to embrace and combine unique electronic elements to expand the dimensions of their sound, without compromising it. Spectrums of Light has synth-infused rock songs that are posh and refined while still retaining the visceral attitude of live performances.

Spectrums of Light is available for download on iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play.

The Crying Spell is an American electronic rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 2008. The band was the winner of the American Family “Dream Show Seattle” contest, and the winner of MTV’s Freshman Four competition. www.thecryingspell.com
