SkyGen's team of experts were authors of the 1st seven Section 333 Exemptions. Their client base includes Fortune 500 companies and universities. The Section 333 Exemptions, which can only be granted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), allows commercial entities to use Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) legally in the National Airspace Sysyem (NAS).
Focusing on safety and best-practices, SkyGen Aviation provides legal and logistical services for companies entering the UAS market. Although the UAS field is new to public commercial use, the flight standards and operations will mirror those from the time-honored manned aviation side.
