CruiseWorld is a three day event jam-packed general sessions and more than 30 breakout sessions covering every segment of the leisure travel space.

While many people today say that the travel agent is becoming increasingly irrelevant in the face of today’s online community, True Vacation Travel doesn’t agree. Traditional travel agencies accounted for nearly US$95 billion in travel sales in 2011, or one third of the $284 billion U.S. travel market. Leisure agencies tend to specialize in more complex leisure products such as vacation packages and cruises that are more challenging to book online.

Olson was on two panels last year on Transitioning Your Career into Travel and Fostering Supplier Relationships. This year he will be presenting on Arranging Airline Travel, Sales and Marketing, and will be participating on a panel as an agent who specializes in Disney Vacations.
