KUBE Restructures with Expanding Operations

KUBE, the specialist provider of quality on-site modular workforce hotel accommodation, has formed a new holding company, KUBE Accommodation Group. Within this group separate divisions will provide manufacturing sales and workforce accommodation services. Kube Accommodation Group is actively working on acquisitions to vertically integrate into its business.

Kent, United Kingdom, December 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Michael Stockdale, CEO of KUBE Accommodation Group commented, “As we move forward and expand our operations we wanted to restructure the business to create divisions to focus on their specialist sectors.”

KUBE Workforce Hotels which will operate the workforce accommodation division is due to announce and commence work on the provision of two workforce hotels early in 2016.

Kube Workforce Hotels has set a new standard for the provision of temporary on-site workforce accommodation for large or remote construction, infrastructure or energy projects. The single occupancy rooms are the largest in the temporary workforce accommodation sector and have a high quality fit-out specifically designed to create a functional but welcoming and relaxing ‘home from home’ environment.

The company can also deliver a complete ‘Workforce Village’ with a comprehensive range of integrated services and facilities such as a restaurant, gym, laundry, vending and site security. The modular accommodation is scalable and relocatable and meets the needs of the most demanding projects. Workforce villages are ideal for infrastructure and civil engineering projects, oil and gas, mining and quarrying projects.

Mike Stockdale continued: “Quality accommodation and facilities are a key factor in a productive and motivated workforce and help businesses attract and retain skilled workers. With competitive fixed cost lease financing a KUBE Workforce Hotel is cost-effective against local accommodation costs, provides a secure single site location and leaves clients free to focus on their core operational activities.”

KUBE also sees an increasing demand for permanent solutions that can be erected quickly and provide good quality, long term bespoke modular accommodation. This rising demand comes from across the board but particularly in social housing, student accommodation, healthcare, care homes, hotels, schools, and prisons.
