Boating Industry Announces Action Water Sports as Best in Class Dealer
Action Water Sports, a Michigan MasterCraft boat dealer, leads North America in the three to four location class according to Boating Industry magazine's Top 100 Dealer list. Action Water Sports was also awarded number 13 on the elite Top 100 Dealer list.

Recognized at a black-tie gala in Las Vegas on Nov. 28, Action Water Sports was awarded the “Best-in-Class” award from Boating Industry magazine. They were also ranked the 13th top boat dealership in North America on the Top 100 Dealers list.
“This is such an honor to be considered among the best in the marine industry. There are so many great dealers in North America and to be considered as one of the best is very humbling. I am excited for our team as these awards are a tribute to them for their dedication to deliver an exceptional experience to each customer,” says Jerry Brouwer, general manager.
Action Water Sports, based in Hudsonville, Mich., and its three locations in Fenton, Hudsonville, and Traverse City, Mich., were among nearly 400 applications, culled from more that 3,000 nominations. The applications asked both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding all aspects of marine dealer operations.
“Our editorial staff was extremely impressed with Action Water Sports’ well-rounded approach to customer excellence,” said Matt Gruhn, Editor-in-Chief of Boating Industry. “Of particular note is the company’s solid 98.3 CSI score and efforts for ongoing customer contact.”
Boating Industry’s Top 100 Dealer list began in 2005. Action Water Sports has since moved up 21 spots to its current ranking of #13. With new products, facilities, services, and events for customers coming every year, Action Water Sports is always trying to better itself for their customers.
