Aspire InfoLabs Conducts Recruitment Drive in Hyderabad

The final round of the Aspire InfoLabs recruitment drive was conducted on 17th December, 2015.

Hyderabad, India, December 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Aspire InfoLabs, a Hyderabad based Talent Management Organization, successfully conducted the final round of a large-scale recruitment drive on 17th December 2015, at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre.

The final interview was attended by 38 candidates who were shortlisted after multiple rounds of evaluation, that included pre-selection rounds (by Aspire InfoLabs team), and also an aptitude test by the hiring organization. The objective of the pre-screening and initial evaluation rounds was to identify employ-able candidates from over 500 participants who hailed from different cities and towns like Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Bhubaneswar to name a few. The mobile team of Aspire InfoLabs traveled to different colleges and cities in order to discover employable talent, following which 57 shortlisted candidates appeared for the aptitude test conducted by the client. 38 candidates cleared the test and were eligible to attend the final round of interview.

All the students who are finally selected after this round would undergo a 40 day Talent Transformation Program as part of the 'Hire and Train' model in Hyderabad premises of Aspire InfoLabs. This program is aimed at making all candidates assignment ready before they are deployed in the client organization, a CMMI Level 4 company and the winner of the 'Top 100 Emerging Companies in Asia' as per Red Herring Awards.
