inferno Expands PR Team

Memphis, TN, January 06, 2016 --(PR.com)-- inferno, a full-service advertising, public relations, design and digital marketing firm, has appointed Caitlin Berry and Susan Waggoner as public relations account coordinators. Previously, Waggoner served as an intern on inferno's public relations team. Berry and Waggoner report to Beth Wilson, public relations manager.

"Susan has been an excellent addition to the inferno team, and we have enjoyed watching her grow professionally through her internship," said Dan O'Brien, agency partner and director of client services. As account coordinators, Berry and Waggoner support the public relations team by developing client press releases and announcements, expanding media lists, managing and monitoring daily client coverage, and assisting in developing social and traditional media content. Additionally, they provide event support and planning for client events across an array of industries.

Berry recently returned from Paris, where she spent four years working as an English language instructor and training specialist. She also held a PR internship at Create Ireland, a national development agency for collaborative arts. Berry received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Mississippi, where she served as the writing editor for the university’s yearbook.

Waggoner received her Bachelor of Arts in public relations from Auburn University, with minors in business and international studies. During her time at Auburn, Waggoner was an active member of numerous organizations both on and off campus, including a semester in Ariccia, Italy, with the Joseph S. Bruno Auburn Abroad program.
