)-- International software company Antivia today announced that the latest version of its business intelligence (BI) software DecisionPoint™, version 4 R10, is now generally available to customers.
DecisionPoint™ enables organizations to unlock the value trapped in their business data by empowering non-programmers to quickly turn data into beautiful information applications and sophisticated interactive dashboards that can be shared with anyone on a mobile device or web browser.
The latest release is focused on making it even easier for customers to create the application-like interfaces that today's business user needs and expects. These interfaces echo the mobile apps which business users are already familiar with, so consequently enable them to get quick answers to their business questions, without requiring any training. This is one of the reasons why DecisionPoint™ can be rolled out to large numbers of users so cost-effectively.
New capabilities in R10 make it easier to control the visibility of groups of components, e.g. pop-up a custom view when a user selects a value in a table or chart, and to drive multiple actions from components, e.g. refresh a dataset and display a view when a user presses a push button.
