AMG's Mark S. Berry Announces Creation of Formidable Ad Marketing Division "Brand Relations" Syncing Music to Commercial Products & Brands

New Division to Service 500 Ad Agencies Internationally with Music.

Toronto, Canada, January 30, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Two highly respected music executives Mark S. Berry, Music Producer & Rob "Kelo" Hendricks, EVP Business Affairs at AMG are merging a new division, linking music to commercial products & brands into the AMG fold.

AMG and its music marketing division AttackTrax have joined together under a new moniker that merges their names with AMG's Berry as CEO and Hendricks serving as EVP. It will be known as "Brand Relations" matching music with commercial products and brands.

The duo will continue with audio/visual, digital and branding campaigns for film, broadcast, home entertainment and other mediums with offices in New York and Hong Kong. In other words, a one-stop shop. The move combines AMG's AttackTrax motion picture & television music expertise with Brand Relation's digital and web ad talent.

"This merger combines our individual strengths," said Berry. "We both have the same passion and we know that together we are greater than the sum of our parts. I think you have to be able to do a 360 degree integrated marketing system because a lot of clients are looking for that. We've done that now with Brand Relations linking our music catalog at AttackTrax with commercial products and brands."

Both are respected figures in the music and film marketing communities. Mark S. Berry is Chairman at AMG, a major music licensing agency. Berry and Hendricks have won numerous awards for their production work and now their campaigns are out helping to launch major brands in conjunction with major ad agencies.

They also worked on films like The Matrix Reloaded, Coach Carter, Urban Legend, Harvard Man along with major television programs. Berry throughout the years has received multiple Gold & Platinum Record awards for his impressive body of work.

"Fundamentally, in the world today, there is nothing just about print or av anymore, and we're aware of it," said Hendricks. "What should be happening all the way through from a/v all the way through to the web for continuity's sake is a concept that comes from one mind. Otherwise, there are disconnects all over the place. We're connecting (a campaign) all the way through in a conceptual way from start to finish with the linking of music to brands from our extensive catalog."

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
