‘Harsh Goenka Takes a Keen Note of Suchitra Krishnamurty’s Arty Comments’

Mumbai, India, December 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- The annual art camp by the RPG Academy of Art concluded with a warm brunch at the Marve beach house today. Pristine white was the theme of the locale and the breezy touch of sea winds along with the live band playing some groovy numbers got the enchantment heightened.

After the week-long camp, the participating artists from India and abroad including the likes of Julius Mackwan, Prashant Prabhu, Prasanta Sahu, Krishen Khanna and international artists like Humphrey Ocean and Vincent Leow enjoyed a relaxing afternoon and chatted away with the guests.

Harsh Goenka, Chairman, RPG Enterprises and Art connoisseur, Vickram Sethi, Chairman, Arts Trust, spoke animatedly about how their dream has now turned into an art movement of sorts. Singer-actor-artist Suchitra Krishnamurty took to noticing some of the displayed paintings with great detail. She then put her head together with the host and amidst giggles said how the idyllic atmosphere of Marve can set the creative juices flowing.

Pravina and Jamaal Mecklai kept up the vibrancy with their pep talks and Praveena’s batman glares turned in some prolonged stares. Poonam Dhillon spoke to the artists and confessed why she looks forward to this camp, the biggest art event in the city.

Nisha Jamwal was seen enjoying some Italian delicacies with Kunika Lal. As the hours advanced during the brunch, and white being the colour of the afternoon. With the sea wind blowing gently with a live band playing groovy numbers, it was the perfect formula for an afternoon of relaxation. Patrons congratulated Harsh Goenka and Vickram Sethi, adding that the mix of artists this year was indeed interesting and captivating.
