Restaurant Technologies and Curtis Hotel Partner to Create a Mile-High Eating Experience

Denver hotel commits to improved sustainability, food quality and safety through installation of automated oil management system.

Denver, CO, February 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Restaurant Technologies announces one of its many installations within the hospitality industry, the Curtis Hotel, located in Denver, Colo. This DoubleTree by Hilton boutique hotel, managed by Sage Hospitality, paired Restaurant Technologies’ total oil management solution with its in-house restaurant, the Corner Office + Martini Bar and its banquet operation. This partnership marks one of Restaurant Technologies’ 376 locations within a growing industry seeking ways to improve back-of-house operations to keep up with front-of-house demands.

The new solution has helped the restaurant improve its food quality and safety, as well as its sustainability practices, ensuring workers can focus on creating a stellar dining experience for its customers.

“Our work is not only about serving customers a meal or pouring them a drink but also giving the customers a memorable experience,” said Eric Liebtag, general manager of food and beverage at the Curtis Hotel. “Restaurant Technologies’ solution helps us work more efficiently and provide better quality in our food.”

Additionally, the environment is always top of mind in Colorado; and for the Curtis Hotel, sustainability is a priority. The Restaurant Technologies solution has enabled the Curtis Hotel to save costs in all areas and showcase its commitment to sustainable practices.

“Sustainability and recycling are a large part of what we do in Colorado, so employees see the oil recycling as a major benefit of Restaurant Technologies’ system,” said Eric Friedman, sous chef at TCO. “Not only are we more sustainable, but employees are also safe, while the process of removing the oil is 10 times more efficient.”
