About Direct Primary Care
Direct primary care is an alternative payment model for healthcare. It is designed to empower the doctor-patient relationship, drive superior health outcomes, lower costs, and enhance patient experiences. It eliminates “fee-for-service” incentives. Members pay a monthly membership fee directly to the practice, which allows unprecedented access to doctors and providers—same-day appointments, email and phone conversations—and access to the wide range of holistic treatments offered. Membership fees can be paid through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA) using tax-free dollars.
