Song Keepers to Release A Trip to Paradise: A Club Music Mixtape by the Groovalottos

Boston, MA, March 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- When a soul-funk-blues band is in the process of completing their debut album, the obvious thing to do is for their label to release a mixtape in a completely different genre. Where as “Ask Yo’ Mama” will prove to be a very organic, live sounding project completely free of any electronica, auto-tune and synthesizers; the upcoming Song Keepers mix-tape “A Trip To Paradise” is a complete antithesis. Band resident producer, Mwalim decided to gather sound bytes and snippets of drums and percussion recordings of his band-mates and went about sampling and looping to craft a club music effort that will make any classic house and veteran underground club aficionado get out on the floor.
