Goodyear, AZ, April 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The International Public Safety Association is pleased to announce its newest public safety committee established to honor our fallen heroes. As an Association of public safety practitioners, the International Public Safety Association serves and represents those who risk their health and their lives in the service of our communities. This includes deaths from traumatic injuries as well as sudden or chronic diseases that are attributed to the profession and as a result of over exertion or communicable disease.

The purpose of the Memorial Committee is to establish a mechanism for announcing and acknowledging the Line of Duty Death of a public safety practitioner and to honor their sacrifice by displaying a memorial announcement and expression of condolences. The International Public Safety Association is currently accepting applications from Members who are interested in serving on this very important committee.
