Axiomtek's Newest 12.1" Railway-Certified Touch Panel PC - The GOT712-837

Designed to help customers reduce their total cost of ownership and deliver a higher return on investment, the system is highly reliable and purposely built for longevity of use and low maintenance requirements. This unique touch panel PC features the high performance/low power consumption Intel® Atom™ quad-core E3845 processor (1.91 GHz). The system is fanless and easy to use. The GOT712-837 is equipped with a 12.1-inch XGA TFT LCD display with a high brightness LED backlight (800 nits) and auto-dimming control, which provides train operators with the correct amount of screen brightness to read operational status messages.

The GOT712-837’s rugged features are designed for demanding IIoT human machine interface (HMI) applications. With EN50155 rolling stock equipment safety certification, this touch panel PC is built specifically for railway applications that include on-board tasks of monitoring and controlling train speed, temperature and security. It is also designed for fleet management applications. The GOT712-837 offers an extended operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C (-13°F to +158°F) for operational stability in varied operational climates. Its M12-type connectors ensure secure, reliable connection for high vibration environments. This feature-rich panel PC has an IP65-rated front bezel for protection against dust and liquid spillage.

To meet various transportation application needs, the GOT712-837 is equipped with rich I/O options including two USB 2.0 ports, two isolated RS-232/422/485 COM ports, two isolated Gigabit LAN ports, 6-IN/2-OUT isolated DIO, and one isolated CAN bus. This touch panel PC also provides options for extensive storage needs with 16 GB onboard flash (MLC type) and one mSATA port. Two PCI Express Mini Card slots are also available for wireless communications options. To ensure that the GOT712-837 can be integrated in a variety of different locations, it supports mounting selections for panel mount, wall mount, VESA arm and desktop stand. Furthermore, this touch panel PC offers a high level of compatibility and runs well with Windows® 8.1, WE8S, Windows® 7 or WES7.
