New York, NY, May 28, 2016 --(PR.com
)-- Smart Choice Communications (SCC), a leading telecommunications provider, today announced they are offering complimentary Wi-Fi for visitors of the Marsh & McLennan Public Plaza located at 1166 Avenue of the Americas. The park passes through West 45th and 46th Street and between 5th and 6th Avenue, respectively. The decision to supply free Wi-Fi comes after the company’s move to a larger office space located directly across from the Plaza.
“We have such a wonderful view of the plaza from our second floor office window,” stated Basil Stepanov, SCC’s Chief Technology Officer. “With wireless being one of our most popular services, we felt the need to share our reliable network with those spending time near our office.”
The Marsh & McLennan Public Plaza is an especially high-traffic area because of the multiple NYC food truck vendors that occupy 46th Street (also known as Little Brazil). The Plaza is also home to the abstract sculpture Throwback (1.3) created by Tony Smith, as well as Marsh & McLennan’s 9/11 Memorial by Richard Fleischner. There are built-in benches and tables with chairs, making it the ideal spot for people to enjoy their lunches outdoors, or just to enjoy the scenery. With summer approaching, the amount of park-goers is expected to increase significantly.
SCC Wi-Fi can be accessed by logging on to the “A-FREE-WIFI-SERVICE” SSID in the list of available networks. For a limited time, SCC is also offering a free month of phone and internet service. Interested parties are encouraged to send an email to email@example.com to learn more about this offer.
