Expert Personal Trainer Helping Christel to Drop Half Her Body Weight and New In-Dept Online Blog Launches - FatAttack.com

Christel Dahlskjaer is attempting to drop half her body weight for the children’s charity NSPCC and launches a new web blog (www.fatattackblog.com) for support and to help other people in her situation.

Exeter, United Kingdom, January 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Weighing in at 150.9 kilos (332 pounds), Christel Dahlskjaer describes herself as ‘the size of a baby elephant’, and she wants to do something drastic about it. She’s enlisted the help of UK fitness expert, Simon Lovell (The Heat Personal Training) to guide her over the forthcoming months as she transforms her life for the better. The challenge has begun and there’s going to be sweat, hard work, possibly tears but at the end a new Christel will emerge, over half her body weight.

Born in Norway and now living in Exeter, England, Christel has battled the bulge for years, has tried various diets and has decided that her new blog could be the last resort to fighting her serious weight problem.

Christel said: “it should help me stay motivated and will also give me somewhere to rant when Simon is being particularly cruel. I want to feel more energetic and better about myself. I'll aim to fit into a size 18 dress size by August. Long term, though, my plan is to halve my size, buy some really nice clothes and feel completely different.”

As well as working hard at her local Fitness First gym in Exeter, Devon, Christel will also be using Simon’s new Lunch Box Diet ebook which has received worldwide recognition over the past month for its health benefits and success rate. The healthy eating plan works by speeding up the body’s metabolic rate with wholesome, natural foods.

Simon Lovell, Personal Trainer said: “The diet will work nicely for Christel and I’ll be giving her help with every aspect of the challenge from day one. She should see a significant increase in her energy levels as her body adapts to the physical changes from the exercise and diet change”.

Visitors to the blog can expect daily updates on Christel’s progress along with photo and video diaries. As well as using the web space to gain support, Christel has also chosen to use the site to assist the children’s charity NSPCC that helps the prevention of cruelty to children.
