Jeffrey H. Myers, CFO and VP of Financial Services for Chi Solutions, an Accumen company, and Sean McKibben, President of Mount Carmel West, are slated to speak at the 2016 Ohio Hospital Association Annual Meeting and Education Summit.

San Diego, CA, June 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Using direct experience as a framework, Jeffrey H. Myers, CFO and VP of Financial Services for Chi Solutions, an Accumen company, and Sean McKibben, President of Mount Carmel West, are slated to speak at the 2016 Ohio Hospital Association Annual Meeting and Education Summit planned for June 13-15, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio.

The OHA Annual Meeting offers a premier opportunity for health care providers and administrators at all levels to gain valuable insight about statewide industry trends, network with their peers, and achieve a better understanding of the health care issues and policies most likely to impact their organizations.

Today’s health care climate forces hospital executives to look toward broad initiatives that will generate meaningful revenue for their organizations. This presentation will provide insight on and action steps for driving outreach growth as a revenue opportunity. Hospital-based outreach delivers sophistication in sales, quality service, and innovative technology. While clinical laboratory as a business unit faces challenges like narrower networks, pricing, and financial accountability, it is very scalable. With proper infrastructure and fiscal management, outreach is a viable way to leverage sunk costs in the laboratory to significantly impact the bottom line in conjunction with ongoing cost reductions.

Jeffrey H. Myers, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Financial Services for Chi Solutions, an Accumen company, and has more than 20 years’ experience in financial analysis and administration in the health care industry. As Chi’s principal finance executive, Mr. Myers directs financial management for the company and provides expertise for client engagements. His prior experience includes executive- and director-level finance positions with the laboratory divisions of two prominent academic health systems in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast, where his skilled fiscal leadership produced significant margin, cost, productivity, and revenue cycle process improvements. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Myers graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Law.

Sean McKibben is President of Mount Carmel West located in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. McKibben has a proven track record leading successful operational improvements within health organizations including service line expansion and enhancement, leadership development, patient experience, safety and quality improvements, business development, physician recruitment and relations, health care finance, graduate medical education, and community relations.
