GradChild.com Launches Family Community for the Internet Generation

GradChild.com was founded as a place where friends and family could always go to follow the growth of the precious young children in their lives. Originally a website to show off the baby pictures for a few families, GradChild.com is now open to the general public free of charge. While the site evolved into a place where people can read about and discuss “anything baby,” the core of the community is still the GradChild kids (aka “GradChildren”) that call the site their internet home.

Los Angeles, CA, January 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Gradchild.com launches the family community for the internet generation. Website owners believe that documenting a baby’s life is a fundamental part of living it. Parent's will appreciate later all the videos and pictures that they take of their baby and the site offers a way for them to be stored and saved. Family and friends will appreciate the site because they get to see all the first steps, first words, and cute faces.

At Gradchild.com, the founders believe that there is an often overlooked step to documenting a baby's life, writing. GradChild.com believes that writing down reflections, notes, and reminiscences will serve parents at least as well as a stack of photos. "You may think you’ll remember what feeling accompanied a picture (we did), but chances are you’ll have lots of great things to remember, and all those great moments can back up and can cause you to forget even the most important ones (we have)," says the founder of GradChild.com. The site encourages parents to write a little note, or journal, or letter about what happened via an online posting board for any registered child. Each child registered with the site gets a free website, designed for them by the company and includes a picture gallery, a video page for all those YouTube clips of your child and a blog which allows parents to remember to write about their child.

GradChild.com is still in beta mode and is adding new features by the day. But if you are looking for someone else to set up your free baby website, this is the palce to go. The site staff is professional and good to work with. GradChild.com also offers a slew of daily blog entries, hot topics, helpful parenting hints and much more.

Give it a try, tell your friends and watch the site grow based on your word-of-mouth doing. Plus, the more the site grows, the more people will ready your funny little stories about your child. Best of all, its free. www.GradChild.com
