About John Golde
John Golde has deep-domain expertise in sales and marketing, and is a long-standing adjunct professor in sales/management at Harper College. A veteran in corporate sales, he capped a 30-year career with General Binding Corp as Vice President of the Dealer Division, overseeing 200+ dealers globally. A world traveller, John has had first-hand experience of good and bad service across a wide variety of cultures, and has often chafed under the collar when presented with shoddy service while out dining. This book is the result of his experiences and observations.
