The Guess Corporation Closer to Building National Security Park

Greensboro, NC, July 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Guess Corporation is pleased to announce that it is making progress on its planned National Security Park development. The park will be built in Greensboro, North Carolina and will span 100 acres. There will be five buildings that form the planned international research campus. The Guess Corporation has retained Meridian Realty of Winston-Salem, North Carolina to help with site selection. Two sites have been selected and the company has issued offers and awaiting acceptance. The Guess Corporation intends to break ground on the National Security Park in October of 2016.

The National Security Park is expected to create 10,000 jobs and The Guess Corporation through an affiliate will manage the park. The development is expected to be worth over $3 billion dollars as a result of advanced technology and research systems put in place. There will be partners that will be members of the park that are private sector companies.
