New York, NY, July 16, 2016 --(PR.com
)-- KT Mulholland will headline The Studio at Webster Hall with Meridian Lights and Shiffley on July 21st at 8pm.
After filling local New York venues such as Pianos, Rockwood Music Hall and Arline’s Grocery, KT Mulholland will headline the world famous Webster Hall next Thursday alongside indie-rock bands Meridian Lights and Shiffley. Discounted tickets are available at Ticketweb, and can also be purchased at the door.
The set will feature songs from their recently released and critically acclaimed album, Wild One, which marked a pivotal development in KT Mulholland’s sound. From her roots in musical theater, frontwoman Katie Mulholland joined with Fire Haus Records and a group of veteran musicians to create a high-energy album that embraces the “pop” side of popular rock.
True to the spirit of Webster Hall, KT Mulholland performs in rock & roll glamour, incorporating grit and distortion into their flashy, melody-driven set. The band hits harmonies with incredible precision and range while executing a visually stunning show; their vocals are reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac, but with the sexy showmanship of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
After dominating radio stations across the tri-state area, their single, “Wild One,” began production of a music video earlier this month. It will be released this fall on their website, www.ktmulholland.com, along with new live recordings and exclusive band merchandise.
Webster Hall marks a new chapter for this young band -- keep an eye out for these stars on the rise. For more information, visit the band website at ktmulholland.com and follow them on Facebook.
