)-- Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD) continues its 2016 schedule with its third trip to the Greater Richmond Convention Center at Wizard World Richmond, September 9-11. Jewel Staite (Firefly, “Serenity”), Kevin Sorbo (“Hercules,” “Andromeda”), James Marsters (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Caprica”), and Sara Underwood (“Attack of the Show!”) headline the roster of celebrity guests scheduled to attend the pop culture extravaganza, the 14th event on Wizard World's calendar of comic con events in 2016.
Staite and Sorbo are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 9-10; Marsters and Underwood will attend all three days.
Also scheduled to appear are Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”), Lou Ferrigno (“The Incredible Hulk,” “The King of Queens”), AJ McLean (Singer - Backstreet Boys), Joey Fatone (Singer - *NSYNC), and Sean Schemmel (Dragon Ball Z).
Wizard World is also the home of the most creative comics artists and writers on the planet. Artist Alley in Richmond will feature Tom Cook ("He-Man," "Superfriends"), Michael Golden ("Batman," Spider-Man"), Clinton Hobart (Licensed Disney Fine Artist), James O'Barr (Creator, "The Crow"), Phil Ortiz (Animator - “The Simpsons”), Bob Camp ("Ren and Stimpy," "G.I. Joe"), Geof Isherwood ("Sizzle,” "Marvel Zombies"), Arthur Suydam ("Marvel Zombies," "Army of Darkness"), Danny Fingeroth (group editor, “Spider-Man”) and many others.
Wizard World comic and gaming con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, Sci-Fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. Wizard World Richmond show hours are Friday, September 9, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, September 10, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, September 11, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Wizard World is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor. The famed Wizard World Richmond Costume Contest will take place on Saturday night.
