Alertus customers can access these updates by logging into the Alertus Customer Portal at www.my.alertus.com. These updates include new capabilities as well as general functionality improvements and enhanced security features.

El-Gamil said that this release also includes monumental architecture changes, namely, enabling the Alertus server to operate in a clustered high-availability configuration. “This significantly improves system reliability and scalability during scheduled and unscheduled outages,” said El-Gamil.
