BlueCielo Self Service Center improves customer engagement and collaboration.

Each customers’ business is unique, yet all share the common need to gain quick and secure access to knowledge and information. The new Self Service Center was created with this in mind and designed to improve, optimize and simplify business-to-business collaboration.

The BlueCielo Self Service Center replaces the company’s previous customer and partner portals and provides users with personalized, single sign-on access to all BlueCielo Meridian-related information. BlueCielo customers now have immediate insight into contracts and authorizations, product information, training materials and helpdesk support. BlueCielo partners can access and manage their customer accounts, contacts, opportunities and quotes, as well as submit support calls for all of their customers. Additionally, the Self Service Center provides product information such as in-depth whitepapers, technical specifications, and more – all in one place.
