Opera Encore Planned at Scientology Information Center for Austrian Opera Singer in October

Ms. Susanne Epple returns to the Scientology Information Center in downtown Clearwater on October 23rd, to perform opera arias and songs in 4 languages. All are welcome and light complimentary refreshments will be served.

Clearwater, FL, September 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- After the success of the concert she performed on August 27th with piano accompanist Ms. Rosalia Mareska, Ms. Epple was invited to perform again. She will be performing a new selection of popular opera songs (arias) in German, Italian, French and Czech with story narrations before each.

Susanne Epple was born and raised in Austria, where she received basic musical training, nurturing her passion for classical music and opera from an early age. She studied classical voice in the traditional Italian school with Maestro Mario Laurenti. While also performing in Europe, Susanne has been a Clearwater resident for 22 years. Locally, her lyric-dramatic soprano has been heard at venues including Sunstate Opera, Suncoast Opera, Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, Ruth Eckered Hall, The Palladium Theater and numerous private concerts and soirees, where audiences experienced the magic of opera on a close-up basis.

“This concert is in honor of the precept, ‘Set a good example’ from the Way to Happiness, a non-religious, non-political common sense guide written by Humanitarian and founder of Scientology, Mr. L. Ron Hubbard. It has inspired me to do good things and thus live a better life. With that in mind I like to inspire others based on this positive message,” said Ms. Epple.

The Way to Happiness is translated into 100 languages, and used in 171 nations around the world. It has been adopted and used by schools, youth groups, churches, prisons and countries to revitalize communities, bring hope and assist in resolving conflicts and decreasing crime. The Information Center offers complementary videos and material which provide more information about its use across the world.

“I love performing, so it was a definite, ‘Yes’ when I was invited to perform again. The acoustics of the center are perfect. With 30 foot ceilings and marble floor, it makes for a wonderful venue for opera,” said Ms. Epple.

“The Scientology Information center is located at 500 Cleveland Street. It’s a center where people can get answers to their questions about Scientology and learn about the humanitarian programs the Church supports such as The Way to Happiness. It also host events for community such as this one and for special occasions such as the International Day of Happiness and Mother’s Day,” said Ms. Skjelset.
