Featuring new homes throughout the county, the Parade of Homes houses are judged prior to the first weekend of the tour. Each home is evaluated based on criteria such as quality workmanship, floor plan and curb appeal. A gold, silver and bronze award is given in each category, which is divided by price range.

“We are thrilled to receive these awards from the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Homes and Wake County Parade of Homes,” said Michelle Simms, Co-owner of Terramor Homes. “It is an honor to compete against such great builders in the Triangle area, and we are extremely proud of our accomplishments as a homebuilder in winning not just one award but several awards. The hard work and dedication of our team members really shined through this year, and we hope to continue this success in the future.”
