The two-day celebration brought together members of the German-Filipino community, corporate groups, expatriates and fun-loving Filipinos who came to party the night away.
The festival featured time-honored German traditions including women dressed in dirndls, men in lederhosens and lively rendition of Oktoberfest anthems by Munich’s The Bavarian Sound Express.

The feast nonpareil showcased traditional fare including: Obatzda, Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Sauerkraut, Goulashsuppe, Pork Schnitzel and Apfelstrudel. A staggering 149 kegs or 7,450 liters of beer, 500kg of German sausages, 700kg of chicken, 1,000kg of pork and 200kg of sauerkraut were consumed during the two-day celebration.
