Meet Black Seed - the Sibling Duo Using Their Voices to Reach Millennials

Tallahassee, FL, December 30, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Black Seed is changing the game of music with their sound, message and delivery. The duo, made up of siblings Devin and Brianna Joseph, have been making music and performing for quite some time now and are no strangers to a stage. Originally from New Orleans, their father (and manager) Reginald Joseph moved their family to Tallahassee, Florida following the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Up until recently, the two had been performing with their older sibling in a group called “Jacob’s Ladder.” Since then, they have rebranded themselves as a dynamic vocal duo with a strong message for the younger generation.

Their music is soulful and sweet, in terms they prefer to categorize as “Neo-soul,” “R&B” with a hint of “Hip Hop” in the mix. Not only do their voices blend beautifully, but their music is focused on a certain feelings and emotions that compliment their colorful tones. They speak to the millennial generation with a powerful “call-to-action” in promoting a conscious youth that will work towards implementing the change our world so desperately needs.

More details regarding their mixtape and album that are scheduled to drop in 2017 will be released following the beginning of the year.
