Rock Town Hall Will Live Blog During Tom Petty’s Super Bowl Halftime Show
The popular music discussion blog, Rock Town Hall, will be presenting it’s annual Super Bowl Halftime “Live Hot Blogging Action” on Sunday, February 3 followed on Monday with a “Post Show Wrap-up.” This event is open to the public.
Agoura Hills, CA, January 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Formerly a private Yahoo! discussion group, Rock Town Hall is now a public blog for rock fans, geeks, snobs and nerds.
“True music fans have known for a long, long time that the Super Bowl Halftime show is traditionally an ugly joke. Watching this spectacle can be painful, but in our watchdog role within the industry, it has become required viewing for Rock Town Hall members,” said blog founder and Moderator, Jim Slade. “We may be turning a corner in the quality of the Halftime Show. Last year’s performance by Prince was perhaps the most rocking Halftime Show in history and many of us have high hopes this year for Tom Petty.”
