Innovative Art Project to Open on Gallery Night

CEO and Founder of visual public relations firm Higherglyphics, Todd Scalise, and Penn State Behrend student, Laura Flockerzi, have collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind portable pop-up art gallery.

Erie, PA, March 03, 2017 --(PR.com)-- CEO and Founder of visual public relations firm Higherglyphics, Todd Scalise, and Penn State Behrend student, Laura Flockerzi, have collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind portable pop-up art gallery. This collaboration is the capstone project for Flockerzi’s arts administration bachelor’s degree. The gallery, which has been named “The Visual Snack Shop,” will take the form of a portable kiosk. It will be stocked with original art and affordable merchandise created by Higherglyphics. Scalise’s goal is to make art available, accessible, and affordable to everyone who wishes to experience it. In order to maximize its potential audience, the gallery can be quickly assembled and disassembled.

The project is set to launch in the lobby of the Renaissance Centre at 1001 State Street, Erie, PA 16501 during Gallery Night on March 10, 2017 from 7-10pm.
