A personalized letter folded into the left hand pocket was recommended to be sent with each packet – as a package with a letter will nearly always out pull a postcard, a self-mailer, or a brochure mailed without a letter. All materials fit neatly within a Goodwill mailing envelope.
By creating a consistent brand image, these cards and folder reinforce the image (stressed by TFI Envision, Inc. in Goodwill’s retail environments, advertising materials, etc.) so that clients and prospects begin to recognize Goodwill just by the tone of their marketing materials. The creative format incorporated customized, focused copywriting that offers key benefits, and clear points of difference in the Goodwill programs (which range from Acquired Brain Injury programs to Career Guidance in their Career Centers), married with strong, results driven photographic imagery to positively illustrate the programs, in a color coordinated and expandable program format.
Clear, concise calls to action, and appropriately distributed materials are the final tactics for the program’s success.
