LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA at The Gateway Family YMCA

LIVESTRONG is a program in support of cancer survivors.

Union, NJ, June 07, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Gateway Family YMCA - Wellness Center Branch will be hosting it’s fifth program session of LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a research-based physical activity and well-being initiative that helps people affected by cancer reach their holistic health goals. The LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program is offered free to cancer survivors to provide support. This program will be starting at the Wellness Center Branch during the month of March 2017, with another program starting at the Rahway Branch later this Spring.

The Wellness Center Branch, 1000 Galloping Hill Rd, Union program begins soon, with evening classes. The Rahway Branch, 1564 Irving St, Rahway program begins next, with a day and evening class.

The Gateway Family YMCA serves communities in Eastern Union County and Northern Middlesex County, with five branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union.
