New Book on Testing Published

The fourth book in the series titled NCME Applications of Educational Measurement and Assessment has just been released. Titled “Testing in the Professions” this volume contains chapters submitted from experts in the field of measurement and assessment. Topics included range from credentialing, test design, security, and communication.

Portland, OR, March 25, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Principal Consultant at Mountain Measurement, Inc., Brian Bontempo, Ph.D. along with Ellen R. Julian, Ph.D. co-authored a chapter on Communication with Candidates and Other Stakeholders.
