Toronto, Canada, March 27, 2017 --(PR.com)-- With the hustle and bustle in the fast-growing Downtown Markham, residents of York Region will be excited to learn about the opening of Good Catch Boil House. The all-new 6,800 sq-ft. resto featuring 220 seats is a unique Louisiana-inspired seafood restaurant and sports bar with a Cajun fusion twist.

Inspired by the South, customizable seafood boil combinations in a Cajun-style blend of spices are served by the pound. Diners choose from six mouthwatering flavours (Cajun, Garlic Butter, Szechuan, Curry, Lemon Pepper or Good Catch Blend) and can even challenge their taste buds with flavours to meet everyone’s spice tolerance. While the seafood boil might be the main draw, it is not to be overshadowed by the variety of gourmet pub fare and daily specials. There’s also the much-anticipated raw seafood bar which will be a collaboration with world champion oyster shucker Patrick McMurray.

Alongside taking seafood to the next level, Good Catch Boil House plans to transform the Markham beer scene. Those with a thirst for quality beer will be happy to discover the partnership of 10 distinctive breweries. Patrons will have a selection of 18 draft lines of Ontario craft beer from choices including: Beau’s All Natural, Great Lakes Brewery, Muskoka Brewery and Amsterdam Brewery Co.

Clearly not just another seafood boil joint, there’s something on the menu for everyone that captures the interest of millennials and baby boomers alike. Recommended shareable items like the Good Catch Slaw and Lobster Nachos will no doubt steal the show. The decor in particular features a fun, welcoming space with a nautical theme of 10-ft fishtanks, life preservers, wooden oars and fishing nets. Aside from a retrofitted handwashing station conveniently placed in the dining area, one can also notice stylish custom chalkboard art thanks to the help of local Toronto artists.

Look no further than Good Catch Boil House as the friendly neighbourhood place to take the whole family. With a promise to deliver a unique dining experience in a relaxed environment, customers can share their passion for food and drinks while sports are played on an impressive 14-foot HD Big Screen and more than a dozen 60-inch HD TV’s around the restaurant.
