AOK Records Lauds Release of Cross-Genre Single from Chris Deskins

Nashville, TN, April 20, 2017 --(PR.com)-- AOK Records is announcing the cross-genre release of Chris Deskins’ latest single release, “I Made It.” The song was self-penned by the Holden, WV based artist and discusses the evening that his father passed away.

AOK President Adam Knight states, “Very soon after releasing this to Gospel radio, there was a door...or should I say a demand, for this song among the more inspirationally minded Country stations. This song, we feel, is a career maker for Chris. With his strong vocals, incredible writing and soulful delivery, he is representative of everything we want to represent to radio from our label.”

The song has been released to charting panels reporting to Singing News, Christian Voice, Music Row and Texas Radio Charts. A concept video, produced by LG Productions, was released in April also to CMT, GAC, RFD, among many other media outlets.

Chris Deskins is a Country flavored, Southern Gospel artist. His first album was released to great acclaim. The sophomore release is in the works now and features some of Nashville’s A-team musicians, recorded in some of Music City’s most coveted rooms. He has recently been featured on stages in several Southern states, including appearances at the Grand Ole Opry complex and a CMA Week Showcase last fall.
