)-- WonderShell, a "superhero" backpack created with a shield-like design that combines effective protection technology and functionality, is now available on the crowdfunding website Indiegogo.
“If you want to feel safe, confident and in control of your life, WonderShell is one piece of your wardrobe that will remind you of what it feels like to be a Wonder Human,” said WonderShell Creator Vlady Vyshnevetskiy. “More importantly, it provides added protection for all your electronic gear.”
"Because of its unique circular design," Vyshnevetskiy says, "WonderShell can withstand more than 18 pounds per square foot – and WonderShell can even stop a rubber bullet."
“This backpack holds all your gear and offers protection like you’ve never seen before,” he said. “Not only does it come in a superhero shield shape, the WonderShell Backpack has special inside pockets for laptops, tablets, smartphones and other electronic gear – and a zipper installed in the rear of the backpack provides anti-theft protection, as well.”
Even though it provides a high level of protection, WonderShell’s fiberglass base means it is also lightweight, a bit more than 1 kg to be exact.
WonderShell is available in styles for use by both men and woman, offering versions in leather, fabric, sports fabric and a leather-and-fabric combination. Each backpack features traditional-style adjustable straps, along with shield handles that provide five different carrying options for users.
WonderShell comes in two sizes – a small version that’s 15.7 inches (40 centimeters) in radius and a regular version that’s 18.5 inches (47 centimeters) in radius.

WonderShell, the first product from Wonder Designs, was created by Vlady Vyshnevetskiy. Vyshnevetskiy started his career in 2011 as a studio assistant at Paco Rabanne in Paris, where he participated in the creation of stunning relaunch of the brand's clothing line – with some of those works worn by Lady Gaga at the 2011 Europe Music Awards. After continuing his career as a creative director for various brands and studios, Vyshnevetskiy helped develop and grow fashion businesses in Ukraine. Vyshnevetskiy founded Wonder Designs in 2016 with business partner Ivan Syrovatko, with the goal to create fashion designs that must be practical, with functionality either prevailing or equal to appearance.
