Charleston Restaurant Goes Online With New Video Podcast

Circa 1886, a AAA Four-Diamond, Mobil Four-Star award-winning restaurant located in Charleston, S.C., is making its online video debut in a new Podcast featuring Executive Chef Marc Collins. The Podcast, which is the first in a regular series offered by the restaurant, showcases the restaurant’s winter menu and provides tips on cooking with seasonal ingredients.

In the four-minute video filmed in the Circa 1886 kitchen, Chef Collins shows some of the restaurant’s winter dishes and key seasonal ingredients, including meyer lemons, cipollini onions, butternut squash and candy-striped beets.
