Service Marketing: Automated service reminders
In order to retain customers after they have bought a vehicle, Autologica DMS can automatically generate call reminders within the CRM so that sales staff can remind them to bring their vehicle to the workshop. These reminders are based on the service schedule defined for each model, and can be scheduled by mileage or time elapsed.
Vehicle maintenance service schedule
When creating a repair order, the system will only suggest services corresponding to the model being repaired. This helps eliminate errors.
Repair order modification history
To help the Service Manager monitor the workshop, Autologica now keeps a change history of each repair order, with information on the changes made, their date, and the person responsible.
