About the owner

Flipcard is owned and operated by the beautiful and talented Martina Klar. Martina was born in beautiful Brazil and adopted into her loving Swedish family at the tender age of ten. She has lived there ever since. It was there in Europe that Martina honed the artistic talents out of which Flipcard was born. Today, Martina is a mother of two and living in Switzerland where she has lived since 2002, and where Flipcard was birthed.

How it all started: the beginning of all things beautiful

Flipcard was started with the creative impulse to create a special line of new greeting and wedding cards. The rest, as they say, is history. As the line of special cards continued to grow in success, Flipcard's product offering naturally began to expand. From there, Flipcard expanded into more handmade products and handcraft creations of various types of personal and household items like towels bags, accessories, and candles, being added over the years.
