Coffeebot Solutions Expands Office and Employees

Davao, Philippines, July 19, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Coffeebot Solutions, a marketing company based in Davao, has expanded its office and employee population within the first half of this year. Their original office is located at door 207 on the second floor of Amalgated building along JP Laurel Ave., Davao City. The company has been in operation since 2012 and became an office-based company on August 8 of 2014. It was just earlier this year, however, that they decided to expand their office space and hire more people for their teams.

“Discussion [of the expansion] started in January this year,” said Cindy Amahan, head of the Virtual Assistants team. Amahan added that an increase in their clients’ demands prompted Ms. Jessica Madrazo, the company’s Operations Director, and Mr. Peter Perez, the company’s Managing Director, to hire more employees and in turn expand their office space.

“The first year was a study for us and after positive run, we decided it was best to push through with slow expansions,” Madrazo said. “With the right talent pool, systems and redundancies in place, we were ready to start growth.”

“Expansion is always a company's goal, but we wanted to do it slow, prioritizing not only new projects and services, but also making sure nothing was left behind,” Perez added. “Our growth should also be synonymous to our clients. We grow with them.”

The company’s employee count began to grow just last March, coinciding with the expansion of their office. As of June, included in this growth are new members for the Digital Marketing team.

The newly added space, still on the second floor of Amalgated Building, is currently being occupied by Amahan’s Virtual Assistants team. Amahan said that they were moved into the office as their team has the most members under a single project and further added that they plan to move the company’s graveyard shift employees to the new space as well.

“I am proud of Sir Peter and Miss Jessica’s efforts to get local and international clients. If it weren’t for them, the company would not have been able to expand,” Amahan said. The company plans to add more equipment to show their response to market demands, expanding even more with better services.

There was a site blessing for Coffeebot’s newly added office space last July 11 at 6 PM.
