Business Development Manager Bill Turner. has assembled an impressive group of equity and debt providers who are actively funding acquisition and development projects worldwide. The new division brings together several noted industry professionals with combined experience of over 80 years in the field of commercial real estate sales and development totaling billions of dollars in closed transactions according to Rob Thompson formerly of Bear Stearns. The group will fund make sense projects with a mix of managed equity funds and capital raises guaranteeing subsequent debt placements with proven lending institutions. The group will have a primary focus in the hospitality sector but also touching on a broad range of fields including energy projects. Mr Turner states that we will consider any projects that make sense, have strong sponsorship and sufficient client skin in the game. The groups first endeavor seeks to successfully redevelop an $85m oceanfront hotel property on the Eastern Caribbean Island of Antigua.
